2. Customer to pay shipping costs on all returns

4. Customer must contact Infinity Medical Institute within 10 calendar days from purchase date, in order to obtain a return authorization number. Packages marked “return to sender” or do not have an RMA number written on the outside will be returned.
5. Customer must send back product, subject to a disposal fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received it.
6. Customer to pay shipping costs for products and/or other products that were provided by Infinity Medical.
7. Customer must have contacted us prior to return.
