ENERGY LEVEL

Low testosterone and sleep apnea, are medical conditions that can also cause low energy levels in men.

TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Could you have Low Testosterone or Low T?

Testosterone is a hormone made by the testicles. It is important for a man’s sex drive and physical appearance.

Certain health conditions, medicines, or injury can lead to low testosterone (low-T). Testosterone levels also naturally drop with age. Low testosterone can affect sex drive, mood, and changes in muscle and fat.

Low Testosterone is often the most common cause of low energy in adult men. As men age, they gradually start to produce less testosterone. This is the hormone responsible for everything from muscle mass to sex drive and even bone density. A substantial drop in testosterone can cause reduced sex drive, decreased motivation and sleep issues such as insomnia.

Fortunately, if low testosterone is behind your low energy, Infinity Medical Institute has the solution to help you gain back your energy and your life.

How can I tell if I have Low Testosterone?

The first step is to contact the Infinity Medical Institute office in Tampa and schedule an appointment, or start by taking our Hormone Balance Test. During your initial consult, you’ll meet with one of our medical technicians and we will perform a simple blood draw to measure your current testosterone level.

When your lab results are ready, one of our licensed clinicians will go over the clinical findings of your blood work and how it ties into the symptoms you may be experiencing. You may also be asked to describe your prior medical history to help us recommend the best possible treatment procedure to help you get back to the best version of yourself.

If you are a viable TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy candidate, you may begin a customized low T treatment plan immediately. Infinity Medical Institute offers multiple testosterone therapies including testosterone pellets which are administered in-office or bioidentical testosterone injections or alternative treatments that you can administer on your own.
